All windows will be cleaned during the week of August 3rd-August 7th. There will be crews working on the interior/exterior at the same time, weather permitting. Please see a few notes below on how to prep your workspace and other general reminders:
* For the research floors, the vendor plans to start on the 4th floor and complete it, then work their way down to the B1 level.
* All office spaces will be unlocked and entered to clean the glass doors and interior perimeter window. Please have contents moved away from the window/workspace surrounding the window and have shades open if applicable. The vendor will not move items, so if a space is not ready, it will not be completed. It’s estimated that each office will take 5-10 minutes if prepped accordingly.
* Paper/posters on office doors, conference rooms and exterior lab glass will not be removed. Please remove those items if you want those spaces cleaned.
* Any content written in marker on glass will be removed. Please document anything that needs to be retained.
* All exterior lab glass will be cleaned. For workstations that are close to exterior lab glass, please have items removed from the top of the workstations for easier accessibility. The vendor will not be entering lab spaces.
* The conference room spaces will be entered and cleaned as available.
* Please remove plants from atrium glass ledges and windows.
* The first floor/interior atriums and perimeter spaces will be cleaned throughout the week.
