These servers have a variety of configurations, may limit logins by lab membership, and are in the .discovery.wisc.edu domain unless otherwise noted. All servers run the OS Rocky 8 and mount a building-wide DataVault space under /mnt/dv/wid/ for shared project files. Most servers have local disk space available in /scratch that is NOT backed up and run Hyper-Threaded cores and display twice the number of physical cores as processors.
The DiscoverIT Ganglia page displays current and historical server usage at https://ganglia.discovery.wisc.edu/
