Steenbock’s on Orchard is the exclusive provider of catering services in all areas on the first floor of the Discovery Building and for all events with more than 75 attendees. Occupants may not use another catering company.
Building occupants are encouraged but not required to use Steenbock’s for non-catered food for events with fewer than 75 attendees held in other areas of the building (e.g., the Researchers’ Link, the Orchard View Room, and research spaces). The policy allows occupants the flexibility to enjoy greater variety for lower-priced fare (e.g. pizza, sub sandwiches, gyros). As the event host, you are responsible for cleaning up any food service that is not provided through Steenbock’s, including removing waste. Failure to leave the room clean may result in additional charges and/or revocation of occupant reservation privileges. See the full Town Center Catering Guide.
